Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at dreadwingwatches@gmail.com. If approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note: All items listed for sale are eligible for return only if they meet the conditions stated above. Returns are not accepted for items that do not meet eligibility requirements, including change of mind or personal preference.

Damages or incorrect items must be reported immediately upon delivery so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
